MLMG to deliver Cash Flow workshop: 7pm 4th March, Burt

MLMG partners Cathal McLaughlin and Philip McGonigle will deliver a Cash Flow workshop at 7pm on Monday 4th March at An Grianán Hotel in Burt, as part of Donegal Enterprise Week. Workshop outline below:

Cash flow is the life-blood of every business. Your business may be doing well, with plenty of demand and customers for your products or services, but if the cash isn’t flowing it could all come crashing down around you.

So it is vital that you manage your cash flow to ensure that your business survives. Come along to our “Cash is King – Managing your Cash Flow” workshop on the opening day of Donegal Enterprise Week. It will be led by MLMG partners Cathal McLaughlin and Philip McGonigle, both fellows of the ACCA with over 40 years combined experience across a range of business sectors.

At the workshop we will show you how to:
• Assess your own cash flow management
• Identify the cause of your cash flow problems
• Take simple steps to improve your cash flow
• Prepare a simple cash flow forecast
